Some residents in Mount Pleasant went all-out to decorate their home for Halloween.

MOUNT PLEASANT, WI — Trick-or-treating in Mount Pleasant begins on Halloween, Oct. 31 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
This will be the second week of Halloween during the pandemic, and some families or neighborhoods might opt out of Halloween events.
