Ascension Opens New Health Center In Mount Pleasant

MOUNT PLEASANT, WI — Ascension Wisconsin officials joined public leaders for the grand opening of Ascension Wisconsin Health Center - Mount Pleasant, with a ribbon cutting and blessing on Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2020, marking the opening of the new $42 million health center.

The new center is a two-story, 72,500-square-foot facility located at 10180 Washington Ave. in Mount Pleasant. It's part of a multi-year $100 million investment in Racine and the surrounding area, officials said.

Ascension officials say their new center in Mount Pleasant is part of Ascension Wisconsin’s strategy to create more convenient and affordable access points for patients throughout the state.

The new health center offers comprehensive services including primary care, urgent care, imaging, a prescription center, lab services and a future surgery center.

Multiple specialty services are available to patients that include pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, urogynecology, orthopedics, pain management, cardiovascular, dermatology, occupational health, rehabilitation, pulmonary and behavioral health.
