Grand Opening Date Set For New Ascension Mount Pleasant Clinic

RACINE COUNTY, WI — A new medical complex is opening up in Racine County. Ascension Wisconsin will celebrate the grand opening of the Ascension Wisconsin Health Center - Mount Pleasant on Wednesday, Feb.12.

Officials said the new Ascension Wisconsin Health Center - Mount Pleasant is part of Ascension Wisconsin’s $100 million investment in the Racine community to make it easier for patients to access the care they need and improve their health.

The center is located at 10180 Washington Ave. in Mount Pleasant.

Plans for the new health center were announced in Aug. 2018, and a groundbreaking ceremony marking the start of construction was held in Feb. 2019 for the $42 million, more than 72,000-square-foot health center.

In addition to Primary Care, Urgent Care, Imaging, a Prescription Center, Lab services
and a surgery center, Ascension Wisconsin Health Center - Mount Pleasant will offer many specialty services including Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Urogynecology, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Cardiovascular, Dermatology, Occupational Health, Rehabilitation Services, Pulmonary and Behavioral Health.
