Racine Unified Schools Closed Wednesday
District officials made the announcement at 5:20 a.m. Wednesday
All Racine Unified School District students can sleep longer Wednesday. District officials called a snow day at 5:20 a.m. because of the snow that is clogging roadways and making getting to school too dangerous.
The message from district spokesperson Stacy Tapp was short and to the point:
Due to the inclement weather, all RUSD schools are closed today.
