Seven Mile Road To Partially Reopen

A section of Seven Mile Road near I-94 has been closed, and part of it is scheduled to reopen this week. Details here:

RACINE COUNTY, WI — Motorists who are out and about amid the coronavirus public health emergency will have some good news as a section of Seven Mile Road is expected to reopen - at least partially.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation is underway with reconstructing the I-94 North-South Freeway. The following work is scheduled for the next phase of this project.

Seven Mile Road, under I-94, is scheduled to open to traffic by 6 a.m. The I-94 entrance and exit ramps, at Seven Mile Road, are scheduled to open to traffic by 6 a.m.

Access to and from West Frontage Road, south of Seven Mile Road, will be restricted to right-turns only early May through mid-May.

Access to and from East Frontage Road will be restricted to right-turns only mid-May through late May.

Access to and from Stanley Road and Hagemann Road will be restricted to right-turns only early May through late May.
