• New Richmond: 8-year-old dies in crash on icy curve (twincities.com) — New Richmond is mourning an 8-year-old boy who died after a two-vehicle crash on an icy curve in Richmond Township, with his mother and another New Richmond driver also injured. The child, a New Richmond Youth Hockey Mite player, was first treated at Westfields Hospital before being transferred to St. Paul, as the local hockey community rallies to support his family.
