Here are the New Berlin police logs from July 11-17

NEW BERLIN, WI β€” The New Berlin Police Department responded to 38 calls from July 11-17. These are some of the incidents reported over the week:

  • Police arrested a Muskego man after a traffic stop for operating while intoxicated for the third time and possession of drug paraphernalia on the Interstate 43 on-ramp on South Racine Avenue.
  • The BP gas station at 19400 W. College Ave. reported that a Toyota SUV took off after filling up with gas and not paying.
  • A New Berlin resident reported that their car was stolen with the keys still inside on the 4100 block of S. Regal Court.
  • A New Berlin resident reported that their car was stolen with the keys still inside on the 4300 block of S. Longview Drive.
  • Five residents reported that their cars had been rummaged through from the 15000 block of W. Fenway Drive to the 16200 block of W. Heatherly Drive within the same half hour.
  • A New Berlin resident reported that their car was stolen from the 4100 block of S. Regal Manor Court. The vehicle was later found in South Beloit, Illinois, police said.
  • Police arrested a Las Vegas man after a traffic stop for operating while intoxicated for the first time on the 12500 block of W. Lakeland Drive.
  • Police arrested a Milwaukee man after a traffic stop for operating while intoxicated for the first time and for endangering safety with a firearm.
  • Police arrested a Muskego woman after a fight for assault and battery, disorderly conduct, assault and battery, possession of THC and drug paraphernalia.
  • Police arrested a New Berlin man for battery after an altercation with someone he knew.
