Door Dash Theft And A Stolen Mailbox: New Berlin Crime Logs

NEW BERLIN, WI — The New Berlin Police Department responded to 12 calls from Aug. 1-7. These are some of the incidents reported over the week:

• New Berlin police arrested a Georgia man after he stole donuts from a Door Dash employee at a Dunkin Donuts on the 3500 block of South Moorland Road, police said.
• A New Berlin resident reported that someone had stolen their handgun from their locked car, police said.
• A New Berlin resident that someone had stolen their mailbox, police said.
• Two drivers reported hit and runs in the week, police said.
• Police arrested two people for operating while intoxicated in the week, police said.
