• Judge denies attempt to move homes to New Berlin School District (jsonline.com) — New Berlin residents who hoped to shift 134 homes from the West Allis-West Milwaukee School District into the New Berlin School District just lost their case in Waukesha County Circuit Court. A judge ruled their detachment petition was legally void from the moment it was filed, despite earlier New Berlin School Board support and a prior, similar boundary change that had been approved.
