1,800 Pounds Of Granite Fell On Woman: Report
According to police, the woman suffered multiple injuries.

OAK CREEK, WI — A worker was hurt after authorities say two heavy slabs of granite fell on her.
According to Oak Creek police call logs, a 911 caller contacted authorities at just after 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 24 after two slabs of granite fell on an employee.
Call logs indicated that the employee, a 36-year-old woman, was assisting in moving two slabs of granite weighing a combined 1,800 pounds, when the labs fell forward on top of her.

According to police, the woman suffered multiple injuries, including to her thighs, left wrist, left ankle among others. She was transported to Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa for treatment by the Oak Creek Fire Department.
