An detective reviewed several videos recovered from a computer seized from Lyda's house, in the 9000 block of South Regency Drive, last summer.

The videos showed Lyda having sexual intercourse with the victim. In one, Lyda can be heard saying, "you can't turn off the lights because if my mom sees it she will be mad, but I can dim the lights."

The woman told police she recalled seeing the laptop open, but saw nothing on the screen and assumed it was not operating.

She said she did not know Lyda was taping her and never would have given him consent to do so.

The district attorney's office filed the charge against Lyda on Wednesday. He will make his initial court appearance April 18.
