A 19-year-old man, just two hours removed from an underage drinking ticket, approached a squad car about 3:30 a.m. Monday and asked what the officer was doing there and why he was on "his corner," according to an report.

That didn't seem to matter to the 19-year-old, who became belligerent, started swearing at the officer and created a disturbance in the neighborhood, according to the report.
The officer noted the man had bloodshot eyes, slurred speech and emitted a strong odor of intoxicants. Police then found that St. Francis officers arrested the man at 1:40 a.m. for underage drinking.
Oak Creek officers added citations for disorderly conduct, possession of intoxicants by an underage adult -- third time in a year -- and resisting/obstructing police.
