911 Calls Lead to Man's Fourth OWI Arrest
Witnesses saw a 36-year-old from Milwaukee, who was charged with drunken driving Saturday, driving erratically near 13th and Puetz.

A 36-year-old Milwaukee man was charged with his fourth drunken-driving offense after multiple 911 calls came into the Friday night about his erratic driving near 13th and Puetz.
Witnesses saw Juan C. Cerda's car going into oncoming traffic southbound on 13th Street before pulling over to the side of the road in the 2100 block of W. Puetz Road, according to police.
An officer arrived about 11:45 p.m. and found the man swaying in circles and having a difficult time standing, according to a police report. The officer also noted red glassy eyes, slurred speech and an odor of intoxicants.

Cerda was arrested and taken to Wheaton Franciscan for a blood draw.
He was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Saturday with operating while intoxicated. He posted bond and is due back in court on June 7 for a pre-trial conference, according to online court records.
