Drunk Driver Stomped On Officer's Foot: Report
Police said the man stomped on one officer's foot, kicked and dented a squad car and spit inside the squad's cabin.

OAK CREEK, WI — Police in Oak Creek say a man asleep at the Kwik Trip gas pump was roused by police - at which time he was less than happy about getting arrested.
According to Oak Creek police call logs, officers responded to the Kwik Trip on S. 13th Street just before 7 p.m. on Nov. 11 on a report of a man who was sleeping in his car while at the gas pump.
Call logs stated that an employee reported seeing the man asleep in his car at one of the gas pumps for more than 30 minutes.

Police said they found the man asleep in the driver's seat of his car, which was still running when officers got there.
According to call logs, the man appeared to be heavily intoxicated with several empty vodka bottles inside his car.

Police call logs stated that officers arrested the man, who became combative. Police said the man stomped on one officer's foot, kicked and dented a squad car and spit inside the squad's cabin.
Police said the man was arrested on suspicion of his third drunken driving offense, as well as resisting an officer and criminal damage to property.
