Drunk Man Barged Into Closed Oak Creek Burger King: Report

A Burger King employee was closing up the restaurant when the Philadelphia man came up to the front door and started screaming.

OAK CREEK, WI — A 31-year-old Philadelphia man is no longer allowed in the Rawson Ave. Burger King after police say pushed his way into the closed restaurant only to demand service.

According to Oak Creek police call logs, police responded to the Burger King at just after 10:30 p.m. on Dec. 4 on a report of disorderly conduct. A Burger King employee was closing up the restaurant when the Philadelphia man came up to the front door and started screaming.

The employee cracked open the front door of the restaurant to tell the man, who was drunk, that Burger King was closed, police reported.

According to police, the drunk man barged in, pushing the employee aside. The employee pinned the drunk man against the wall and told him the restaurant was, in fact, closed and that he needed to leave.

The employee called 911. In talking with police, the employee did not want charges pressed on his unruly intruder. Police told him he was no longer allowed at Burger King.
