Ex-Husband Sent Naked Photos Of New Husband To Children: Report

OAK CREEK, WI — A 48-year-old Oak Creek ex-husband has been arrested and charged after authorities say he sent a nude photo of a woman's current husband in a text message that included her four children.

That man has been charged with one count of exposing children to harmful materials. If convicted, he could face up to 18 months behind bars, up to three months' probation and up to a $10,000 fine.

According to the criminal complaint, the man sent a naked picture of his ex-wife's current husband in a text message that included her four children. Her children included two adults, her 15-year-old son and her 11-year-old daughter.

During their investigation, Oak Creek police officers saw the text message in question, which was sent to family members at just after 6 p.m. on Sept. 15. In the photo, police recorded seeing a photo of the husband. He was pictured as being nude, with his hand by his groin area partially covering up his private area.

Police said the ex-husband sent a second picture, this time showing the husband partially clothed.

According to the criminal complaint, when police interviewed the 11-year-old girl over what happened, she began to cry. The 15-year-old boy was also interviewed, and he confirmed the nude photo that was sent to their family.

When police questioned the ex-husband, he admitted to sending the nude photograph of the husband in the text message thread, but that he did not mean to do it.
