OAK CREEK, WI — Authorities in Milwaukee County say a rollover accident near I-94 and the Ryan Road exit is causing traffic backups and delays Monday morning. According to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, the ramp that leads from Ryan Road to I-94 South has been blocked due to a rollover accident. Officials say the accident happened just after 10 a.m. There are reports of traffic delays and congestion on I-94 and in the Ryan Road area, officials say.
