Man Charged With Secretly Filming Sex Makes Court Appearance
Zachary Lyda is bound over for trial after waiving his preliminary hearing.

A 19-year-old Oak Creek man with a woman appeared in court Wednesday morning.
Zachary Lyda waived his preliminary hearing and is now bound over for trial. He will next appear in court on May 7 for an arraignment.
Prosecutors say Lyda recorded himself having sexual intercourse on multiple occasions inside his home, in the 9000 block of S. Regency Drive, without the victim's knowledge.
