Man Found Passed Out In Driveway, Arrested

21-year-old cited for creating a scene in an Oak Creek neighborhood around 4 a.m. Friday.

A 21-year-old Greendale man who was found passed out on an Oak Creek driveway and then created a scene in the neighborhood was arrested for disorderly conduct early Friday morning.

According to an report:

A neighbor phoned police about 4 a.m. regarding a man sitting in her neighbor's driveway. An officer arrived on scene and found the 21-year-old lying on his back, passed out and highly intoxicated.

He was wearing a T-shirt and jeans despite temperatures in the low 30s.

The man, who did not have permission to be on the property, could not communicate with officers about where he came from.

He became extremely uncooperative and agitated, walking away swearing and yelling. He yelled as loud as he could that he was being assaulted.

After police arrested him, he continued to be disruptive in the squad car, spitting and banging his head against the walls.

He was cited for disorderly conduct.
