An Oak Creek paramedic got some national publicity Friday when he was quoted in <a href="http://www.npr.org/blogs/health/2012/05/25/153635624/dispatchers-cpr-coaching-saves-lives-when-every-minute-counts" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">a National Public Radio story</a> discussing dispatchers' CPR coaching. Jerry Biggart told NPR that Oak Creek trains all dispatchers on how to give CPR instructions over the phone to people while paramedics are en route.
