Betty Jane Billeb (nee Low), 81, of Hubertus, Wi (washingtoncountyinsider.com) — Oak Creek readers may remember Betty Jane Billeb as a 1963 Oak Creek High School graduate who went on to build a life of service in school food programs. Her long career included high honors from Moraine Park Technical College, recognition as Support Staff Employee of the Year, and a Distinguished Service Award, reflecting decades of care for students and colleagues.
