Fifth-grade students at showed off a year's worth of artwork during the school's Family Art Extravaganza Wednesday night. Art was on display throughout the first- and second-floor hallways, while the "extravaganza" portion of the evening was found inside the gym, where several make-and-take art stations had the entire family involved. The event celebrated the freedom of being creative and the students' "transition into becoming young adult artists," teacher Sabrina Weiland said.
