Eva's Bridal Center Receives WHEDA Financing

in Oak Creek has received a Small Business Guarantee from the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority on a loan totaling $100,000, according to BizTimes Milwaukee.

Proceeds from the loan will be put toward purchasing software and inventory, funding site improvements, permanent working capital and securing low-cost financing to support existing operations, according to the newspaper.

Three full-time positions are expected to be created and nine more will be retained.

WHEDA is an independent authority that helps lenders, developers, local governments and others implement its low-cost financing programs.

Small Business Guarantees are financing products that provide small businesses with a maximum guarantee of $750,000 on bank loans. They are used primarily to help someone expand or acquire a small business in Wisconsin.
