Tazinos Expanding to Downtown Milwaukee
Oak Creek-grown pizza restaurant will also open in Germantown later this year.

Oak Creek-grown Tazinos will open new restaurants in downtown Milwaukee and Germantown, the company announced Thursday.
The pizza-and-salad buffet restaurant will open in the City Center building, 735 N. Water St., by summer. Plans calls for a location in Germantown by late 2012.
According to a news release, the expansion was made possible through the company's common stock sale, which made shares available for $1 each.

"Tazinos is finally coming to downtown Milwaukee," president and CEO Jim Purcell said in the news release. "There has been significant interest in introducing our brand to the downtown community, and we are extremely pleased to be bringing it to such a prominent and historic venue as the City Center building."
The first Tazinos opened in Oak Creek at The company also has locations in Menomonee Falls and Pleasant Prairie.
