Truck Driver Arrested At Love's Travel Center: Report

OAK CREEK, WI — Police in Oak Creek say an unhappy semi truck driver was arrested this week after an incident at the Love's Travel Center.

According to Oak Creek police call logs, police were called to the Love's Travel Center at just after 5 p.m. on Oct. 17 because a man who had his truck towed was causing a scene inside the business.

Police said a 52-year-old Milwaukee man came into the business demanding to know where his truck was. When store staff informed him that his truck had been towed, he became upset and started yelling at Love's staff.

According to police, the man told a man working behind the counter to come outside so they could fight. When a woman intervened, he shouted expletives at the woman.
