• Heroic Response to Grafton Shooting Incident (gmtoday.com) — Port Washington-area law enforcement and first responders were formally honored for their coordinated, life-saving response to an October domestic shooting in the Town of Grafton. Ozaukee County Sheriff Christy Knowles recognized officers, deputies, dispatchers, firefighters, and the victim’s daughter for their calm actions under fire, emphasizing how interagency cooperation and training helped save the victim, who is now recovering.
