In a severe drought emergency, any drop of rain is a blessing.

Brief, heavy rainstorms are currently moving their way through southeastern Wisconsin, according to the National Weather Service.

Storms are expected to be in Saukville at 2:55 p.m. and Port Washington at 3:10 p.m. — though thunder and dark clouds are already throughout the area.

And at 3:12 - not that we're being exact or anything - rain drops hit the ground in Mount Pleasant-Sturtevant Patch! There was even a rumble of thunder or two.
