Port Police Report: Resident Calls About Possible Gas Siphoning

Expensive gas prices have got some people stooping to low levels.

A 62-year-old Port Washington woman in the 400 block of North Harrington Street called police at 5:27 a.m. May 7 to report her gas fill door open, and the cap off.

Police believe that gas was possibly siphoned from the tank overnight.

Yes, nearly $4 a gallon is expensive — but pay for it like the rest of us.
