Burglar Flees after Being Confronted by Resident
Police say a suspect ran away empty-handed after entering a home in the 4300 block of North Alpine Avenue early Monday afternoon and being confronted by the resident.
A burglar entered a home in the 4300 block of North Alpine Avenue early Monday afternoon, and ran off after being confronted by the resident, Shorewood police say.
The suspect ran away empty-handed when he entered the Shorewood home through an open front door at 12:50 p.m., police say.
Police say the suspect is described as a black male, approximately 18-years-old, roughly 6 feet tall, short hair, last seen wearing a black shirt and tan shorts.
