Creative Halloween Event Planned For Kids Through The Library

The library is planning a week-long scavenger hunt.

Since the annual Halloween Happening may not be "happening" this year, the Shorewood Public Library has an alternative plan to enjoy Halloween.

To celebrate Halloween and all things autumn safely this year, the library is planning a week-long scavenger hunt.

Beginning Monday, October 26th, kids can pick up a copy of the scavenger hunt at the library or download and print from their website. Children must find at least ten of the pictured items on the list and solve the puzzle to discover the secret words.

Children can bring the completed hunt and the secret word to the library by Saturday, October 31st to claim a treat bag.

Treat bags may also be claimed through curbside pickup.
