SHOREWOOD, WI β€” With a little creativity, students and staff at Lake Bluff Elementary School in Shorewood helped escort a family of baby ducks out of their school's courtyard on Tuesday.

The Shorewood School District posted video of the event to Facebook. Students can be seen holding boards, forming a clear path in the school's hallway for the ducks to leave the building and find better access to food and water.

A teacher is seen walking behind the ducks with another board, gently keeping the waterfowl family focused on the path out of the school.
