Music Under the Stars at Hubbard Park

If it's Wednesday, that's means it's time for another one of Shorewood's Summer Sounds free concerts at Hubbard Park.

And this week the series will feature The Gleasons, a Milwaukee band that is a blend of fiddles, flutes, guitars, percussion and rich harmonies that specializes in traditional Irish, bluegrass, Americana, rock and American pop music.

A special opening act from 6 to 6:30 p.m., the McMenamin Irish Dance Academy dancers, will set the tone with their impressive Irish dance moves.   

If you're coming, make sure to bring a lawn chair and blanket. Refreshments will be on sale.
