A 96-unit senior living development is moving forward at the old Riverbrook Restaurant site.
The Shorewood Plan Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday regarding HRA Senior Living's proposed development at 1111 E. Capitol Drive. After the public hearing, the commission will make a recommendation on the rezoning proposal to the Village Board.
The Village Board will hold a public hearing and consider the redevelopment proposal at its next meeting on Sept. 16. If approved, HRA would like to begin construction next spring.
