Shorewood Schools Plan COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic For Students 5-11
The Shorewood School District announced plans for a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for students 5-11 following FDA approval of Pfizer this week.

SHOREWOOD, WI β The Shorewood School District announced plans on Thursday to host a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for students aged 5-11 at Shorewood High School on Nov. 10.
The walk-in clinic plans come as a partnership with the North Shore Health Department, the district said in an announcement. Kids aged 5-11 have been ineligible for a COVID-19 vaccine for far longer than other age groups, but they are now eligible to receive the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine following FDA approval Tuesday.
The first dose clinic is planned for Nov. 10 while the second dose clinic is planned for Dec. 1. Both clinic days will take place in the SHS Arena from 2:45-4:30 p.m. The district's announcement said the clinic is only open to Shorewood students and people must be available both days.
