A 26-year-old Shorewood woman has been charged for her third drunk driving offense.
Lindsay Thomas allegedly rear-ended another vehicle at Hampton Road and Santa Monica Boulevard at 7:18 a.m. on Aug. 22, according to a criminal complaint. She had a blood alcohol content of 0.13.Â
In addition to the OWI charge, Thomas is also being charged with bail jumping and driving with a revoked license. As a condition of her last drunken driving conviction, the court set bail conditions that prohibited her from using alcohol or controlled substances, as well as driving without a license.
