Village to Choose Between Six Applicants to Fill Trustee Seat
The Village Board will conduct 25-minute interviews of six candidates and consider voting on a new board member Monday.
The Shorewood Village Board will interview six applicants for the vacant trustee seat Monday at Village Hall, 3930 N. Murray Ave.
The board will conduct 25-minute interviews starting around 5 p.m. with each candidate in open session and consider holding a vote later that night.
The seat became vacant after had to step down after purchasing a home outside Shorewood. Hickey had one year left on her term when she stepped down, so the term ends April 2012.
