Shorewood is a bike friendly community, let’s celebrate

The Greater Shorewood Bikers will celebrate the village’s recent designation as a Bike-Friendly Community at Three Lions Pub, 4515 N. Oakland Ave., Tuesday night at 8. See the unveiling of the village’s new Bike Friendly Community signs and learn about possible future initiatives to increase Shorewood’s bicycle accessibility.

Preps sports

The boy’s soccer team hosts Saint Thomas More 6:30 p.m Tuesday Shorewood, girl’s volleyball team will travel to Brown Deer Tuesday and the boy’s volleyball team will travel to Greenfield for a match Wednesday. Shorewood, Saint Thomas More and Saint Francis will compete in a swim meet 6 p.m. Tuesday at Shorewood High School.
