UPDATED: Power Restored to 1,500 on South End of Waukesha
A We Energies equipment problem is to blame for the outage, though an investigation will continue.
Updated 3:36 p.m.: Power was restored soon after 3 p.m. Thursday to more than 1,500 We Energies customers in Waukesha.
The outage was reported at 1:38 p.m. between Luke Avenue and Dana Lane, and between County Highway DT and Southwest Avenue. A spokesman said the cause was faulty equipment, and an investigation will continue.
