120 MPH Chase + Truck Hits Pole + Spray Paint: Waukesha Police
Waukesha police arrested two teens for spray painting and responded to a hit-and-run in the latest round of police logs.
WAUKESHA, WI β Waukesha police responded to multiple calls, including a chase that reached speeds of 120 mph, a truck hitting a pole and two teens arrested for spray painting, police logs showed.

Police Chase Between Waukesha And Milwaukee Counties, Speeds Up To 120 MPH

A driver led several law enforcement groups on a chase across different counties on Wednesday, police logs showed.
The chase started at the 2100 block of E. Moreland Boulevard, where a Chevrolet Impala with heavy tint evaded police at 100 mph on the boulevard and got onto the Interstate 94 going east, police logs showed.

Law enforcement in the City of Brookfield, the Waukesha County Sheriff Department and the City of Wauwatosa were alerted as the Impala topped 120 mph while speeding into Milwaukee County around 2:16 a.m., police logs showed. Officers who were chasing the Impala saw the car's license plate and a child in the backseat.
Waukesha police stopped their chase at the county line, letting the Wisconsin State Patrol continue the chase, police logs showed. At 2:20 p.m., West Allis police popped the Impala's tires with stop sticks near the I-94 off ramp near S. 68th Street.
Police took a man into custody, and found two women and a 10-year-old child inside the car, police said. A tow truck was called to tow away the Impala.
Man Hospitalized After Truck Hit Pole, Rolled Over
A man was hospitalized with injuries after he lost control of his truck, sideswiped a car and hit and electric pole near Ramona Road and E. Moreland Boulevard on Wednesday, police logs showed. Firefighters had to rescue the man from his truck and crews had to clean up a live wire left on the ground after the crash.
The driver lost control of his truck and barreled into oncoming traffic before hitting an electric pole and rolling onto the roof around 12:51 p.m., police logs showed. He was pinned inside, and while fire crews worked to get him out of the truck, police said he reached for a gun.
Police gave him commands but he didn't comply, so police detained him while fire crews cut him out of the truck, police logs showed. First responders put him into an ambulance and took him to a local hospital after.
A Waukesha police officer suffered a minor injury during the rescue, police said in a statement.

Teens Arrested For Spray Painting
Officers arrested two middle school-aged teens who were spray painting a shelter and a sidewalk at the 1100 block of Heyer Drive on Tuesday, police logs showed.
Man Returns To Hit-And-Run Location After Taking Mom To Doctor
A Waukesha man told police he hit a fire hydrant and left the scene at the 200 block of Comanche Lane on Monday, police logs showed. The man said he left his truck at the scene and took his mother to see a doctor, and would be back in 45 minutes.
Man Stabs Table With Knife
Police responded to a man stabbing a table with a knife in a bar at the 300 block of W. Main Street on Thursday, police logs showed. No one was hurt, and the man left when a bartender saw him and asked him what he was doing.
