2 Arrested In Waukesha Stolen Car Pursuit: Police

The incident happened Wednesday night in Waukesha.

WAUKESHA, WI—Two people were arrested Wednesday night after driving in a stolen car on Grandview Boulevard, according to Waukesha Police.

A 32-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman are facing charges, including resisting arrest and obstruction, police said.

The car was found on North Grandview Boulevard, police said.

Police said the driver got out of the car after 15 minutes and initially didn’t listen to them. He then resisted arrest, police said.

The woman jumped in the driver's seat and took off a short distance, police said.

She eventually stopped the car and resisted arrest, police said.

Both the man and woman were impaired and had numerous drugs in their possession, police said.
