43-Year-Old Waukesha Man Died In Tuesday Night Crash
Authorities said the driver of a vehicle crossed the center line of the road, resulting in a crash on Oakdale Drive.

WAUKESHA, WI — A 43-year-old Waukesha man has died after authorities say he crossed over the center line of a road, causing a two-car accident Tuesday night.
According to the Waukesha County Sheriff's office, deputies were sent to a car accident at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the area of Oakdale Drive near Hazelhurst Lane.
When deputies arrived, they learned that a vehicle traveling north on Oakdale Drive and driven by a 43-year-old Waukesha man crossed over the center line of the road and struck a vehicle traveling south on Oakdale Drive driven by a 72-year-old Waukesha man.

Authorities said the 43-year-old man was pronounced deceased as the site of the crash. The driver of the other vehicle was rushed to the Waukesha Memorial Hospital to be treated for injuries he suffered in the crash. Oakdale Road has since been reopened after it was closed down for about four hours Tuesday night, authorities said.
