Plans for the property include a 10,000 square foot addition to the former Kmart building. Preliminary plans will be presented during the Plan Commission meeting at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at City Hall, 201 Delafield St.
The proposal also includes two outlots with drive-through capabilities on the properties. Those buildings are 4,400 square feet and 5,985 square feet, according to Fortin.
