Air Quality Advisory Issued For Waukesha County

Sensitive groups include children, elderly people, individuals with respiratory and cardiac problems.

WAUKESHA COUNTY, WI—An air quality advisory has been issued for Waukesha County. The advisory is until 11 p.m. on Thursday, according to the National Weather Service.

The advisory includes the cities of Waukesha, Brookfield, New Berlin, Menomonee Falls, and Muskego.

The air quality index is expected to reach the unhealthy for sensitive groups level. Sensitive groups, including children, elderly people, individuals with respiratory and cardiac problems, and anyone engaged in strenuous outdoor activities for a prolonged period, should avoid extended outdoor exposure.
