June B. Schmuki, of Waukesha, died on Monday, Sept, 3, 2012 at Waukesha Springs at the age of 85.
She was born in Milwaukee on July 11, 1927 the daughter of the Emil and Elsie (nee Haese) Strehlow. On Oct. 31, 1946, she married William H. Schmuki; he preceded her in death on Aug. 4, 1995. June worked for Artistie Beauty Salon. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church for more than 50 years.
She is survived by her daughter Linda J. Fortmann along with other relatives and friends. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her only sister Eileen Ubert.

Visitation will be held on Friday, Sept. 7, 2012 from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. funeral Mass at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 822 N. East Avenue, Waukesha. Father Aurelio Perez will preside. Graveside services will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
