Waukesha Resident Inducted Into Alpha Epsilon Lambda

Saint Joseph's University's Omega chapter of the Alpha Epsilon Lambda (AEL) honor society inducted Waukesha resident Michel DeLisle, a graduate student in Organizational Development and Leadership, in May. Academic achievement, leadership and service are the criteria for induction.

Established in 1990, AEL is the nation's only society established exclusively for graduate students. To be eligible, students must demonstrate leadership through involvement in on- or off-campus activities while pursuing their degree, and must academically place in the top 35 percent of the University's graduate students.

AEL's Omega chapter at Saint Joseph's, which inducts new members annually, is currently one of 37 university chapters nationwide. DeLisle was one of 305 students inducted into the Omega chapter this year.
