WAUKESHA, WI — Back-to-school planning has already begun in Waukesha, with calendars available to help parents prepare for the first day of classes.

The first day of school for students in the Waukesha School District is Sept. 5.

Heading into the upcoming school year, some dates are subject to change. Here is the list of dates to know for this school year:

Waukesha School District

First Day: Sept. 5

Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 22-24

Winter Break: Dec. 25-29 and Jan. 1.

Spring Break: March 25-29.

Last Day: June 7.
