Blue Collar Coffee Opens New Shop In Delafield

DELAFIELD, WI — The Blue Collar Coffee Company opened its doors in Delafield, the second location for the Beloit-based business. The location in Delafield replaced Milwaukee Street Traders at 523 Milwaukee St.

Blue Collar in Delafield offers handcrafted coffee drinks from beans roasted and sourced by the Ruby Coffee Roasters, based in Nelsonville. Blue Collar’s menu includes espressos, teas, smoothies, baked goods, breakfast sandwiches and various lunch items including soups and sandwiches.

The coffee house is open seven days a week. Hours are Monday through Thursday 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday through Saturday 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The original Blue Collar Coffee Co. opened in downtown Beloit in October of 2018.
