WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to several calls for service. Here are a few highlights from the police log from Aug.9 to 13.
Police got a call about kids selling alcohol on Friday morning. The two boys thought they were selling sparkling water. Items were taken and destroyed, according to the police log.
A caller said young men have been "ding dong ditching" them since April. On Thursday night, they threw a bag of Cheerios and and a gallon of milk, which exploded all over the porch.

A person complained to police she was being harassed by patrons at a bar on West North Avenue on Wednesday. The caller argued with the owner of a truck inside the bar. The truck had lawn debris and cut up branches in it. She was told she needed to keep to herself, and the owners of the truck were doing nothing wrong.
A car was broken into on Tuesday in the 1800 block of Shepherd Court. The driver's side window was broken. The caller told police the damage might be weather related.

A person reported seeing three people vandalize a car. One person told police a friend gave her the car, and they were turning it into a practice car.
Ten youths were walking in and out of traffic playing music from a boombox Monday. The teens were performing to raise money for a band. Police told them to pick a better spot so they wouldn’t be hit by a car.
A customer became upset after being asked to move to another register at a restaurant on West Broadway on Monday. The customer began swearing and was escorted out by his wife.
