Findorff released a statement to Patch:
"Findorff is a proud, long-time supporter of the State of Wisconsin's Youth Apprenticeship program. Since 2015, we have supported over 31 high school students as they gained hands-on learning in the trades while on our jobsites. Camden is one of several examples of students excelling in the industry and finding their path while still in school. It truly is a win-win for the students and Findorff. Currently, we have 11 Youth Apprentices on our team and we look forward to continuing our commitment to this important program."

Scott Marshall, Findorff superintendent mentored Camden.
"I worked with Camden since his first day on the job. He is very bright and soaked up all of the information very quickly. I could tell that he had a real knack for this industry, and am proud that he is joining us full-time as a carpenter apprentice," Marshall said.
Glaser has attended the School District of Waukesha his entire academic career. As part of his education, he participated in various elective classes in the Technical Education area like autos, woods and construction, and engineering.
