Charger Marching Band Earns Second Place, Honor
The band now transitions to the concert season and will present at 7 p.m. on Dec. 16 with a free concert in the Hamilton Fine Arts Center.

SUSSEX, WI — The Hamilton High School Marching Band completed its best season in recent memory during the state competition.
The Charger Marching Band took second place with a score of 84.3 – its highest placement and score – at the Wisconsin State Music Association Marching Band Championships held at University of Wisconsin -Whitewater Warhawk Stadium.
School officials say the event put an exclamation point on a remarkable season in which the band took only first and second places at all competitive appearances. In addition, it was awarded Best Musical Presentation trophy at an Oct. 5 competition.
